About the Event
Join community leaders, service providers, and other partners from across Colorado for the second statewide event focused on building strategies, skills, and systems to prevent and end homelessness. Together, we will learn from ongoing successes, share practical insights, build a strong peer network, and move closer to a future where everyone has a safe, stable place to call home.
This event is being hosted by the Colorado Division of Housing in partnership with Community Solutions and Colorado’s four Continuums of Care (CoCs): Colorado Balance of State CoC, Metro Denver CoC, Northern Colorado CoC, and Pikes Peak CoC.
